This website is run by Hania (“we”, “us”). We offer pole dance and Pilates coaching, studio sessions, digital training programs and recommended equipment links. If you have any question about this policy or your data, contact us through the message form on this site.

We only collect what we need to run the site and serve you:

• Account details: your email address and, if you provide it, your name.
• Bookings: your name, email, chosen time and any note you add.
• Purchases: order details and payment status. Card details are handled by Stripe, never by us.
• Messages, quiz answers and community waiting-list entries you choose to send.
• Basic technical data such as your browser language, used to show the right language and currency.

To create and secure your account, give access to purchased programs, confirm and manage bookings, answer your messages, improve what we offer, and meet legal and accounting obligations. We never sell your data.

We process your data to perform our contract with you (purchases, bookings, account access), on the basis of our legitimate interest (site security and improvement), on your consent where you voluntarily send information, and where the law requires us to keep records.

Only with the service providers needed to operate the site: our hosting and database provider, and Stripe for payments. They process data on our instructions. Affiliate links may take you to third-party shops that have their own privacy policies.

We use only what is necessary to keep you signed in and remember your language and currency choice. We do not use advertising cookies.

Account, booking and purchase records are kept while your account is active and for as long as required for accounting and legal purposes. Messages, quiz answers and waiting-list entries are removed once they are no longer needed.

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, object to processing, or withdraw consent at any time. Contact us and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority (in Poland: UODO).

Data is stored on secured servers with access rules that keep customer information private. Payments run entirely through Stripe’s secure checkout.

This site is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.
